Dawn began her career in the aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries while she attended GMI Engineering & Management Institute in Flint, MI.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management.

Feeling unfulfilled, after 10 years, she left the corporate world to pursue a career in health and wellness.  She turned her passion and love of fitness into her livelihood and started her own personal training business. Dawn believes in empowering and educating people through spinning, bootcamps, and TRX with her group fitness classes.  Realizing that movement (cardio) and strength training are not the only variables of a healthy lifestyle, she incorporates whole food nutrition into her business through her continuing education and with plant- based nutrition, skincare and cosmetics from Arbonne International.
